Shipping FAQ

How will my order be shipped?

Once your made-to-order piece is ready and certified, we pack it in adorable boxes and ship it through reliable shipping companies. The product will be delivered to your doorstep. We take extra care in shipping jewellery since it’s a high-value item. Each and every order is transit-insured to make sure your perfect piece reaches you safely. The order shall reach you in 7–10 business days if it’s not in stock. If your order is already available in our inventory, it will be shipped within 1–2 days and delivered within 4–6 days.

Though the chances are minimal, in the event your order gets misplaced during transit, we will re-ship the product to you at no additional cost. The complete responsibility of the order rests on our shoulders until it is safely delivered to you.
The status of your order can be tracked by logging into your account on our website. Check the “Orders” section under “My Account.” Alternatively, the order can also be tracked without logging in through our tracking page.
Yes, Ekaivva proudly ships worldwide and offers multiple shipping options. Over the years, Ekaivva has served customers from across the globe. We charge a flat international shipping fee for all orders, regardless of the order value. Our shipping charges are economical and based on actual cost. PayPal is available for international customers.

Exchange, Returns & Refunds FAQ

Can I exchange the product I bought from your website?

Absolutely! We offer a hassle-free exchange policy.

  • For Gold & Diamond Jewellery, enjoy a lifetime exchange guarantee.

  • For Silver Jewellery, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and undamaged.

We offer free resizing! If your ring isn’t a perfect fit, we’ll arrange a pickup. Once we receive the ring, our team will resize it and ship it back to you with insurance, ensuring a perfect fit.

 

Yes! We have a 7-day “No-Questions-Asked” return policy (excluding customized or non-returnable items). You’ll receive a 100% refund if the product is returned in its original condition. After 7 days, the lifetime exchange policy applies for gold and diamond jewellery. Silver jewellery is excluded from lifetime exchange.

 

  • Gold & Diamond Jewellery: Normal wear is acceptable for exchange. Returns must include original tags, bills, and certificates. Damaged items will be appraised before a return value is offered.

  • Silver Jewellery: Contact customer support to initiate the return. Items must be returned via our logistic partner. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, matching bank account details are required.

  • Returns: After we receive the item, it will be inspected within 1 day. If it passes, a 100% refund will be issued. Damaged items will be appraised and photographic proof will be shared.

  • Exchange: After inspection, we deduct making charges, taxes, pickup charges, and value for any damage. A proforma credit note is issued for approval. Post-approval, a final credit note is issued. If you proceed, a voucher code valid for 6 months is issued (excludes gold/silver coins, solitaires, chains).

Within the first 7 days, we cover the return shipping. After that, a nominal fee of ₹500 (including GST) will be charged for one-side delivery.
