- Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including the Ekaivva box and any certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
- Customized or engraved jewellery is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the product.
- Process:
