- Product Information: While we strive for 100% accuracy, jewellery weights, gemstone colours, and dimensions may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products and digital display differences. Prices are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations (e.g., Gold rates).
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Pricing & Payments: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We use secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your credit/debit card details.
- Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and logos on this site are the property of Ekaivva. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.

3. Refund and Return Policy
At Ekaivva, we strive to ensure you are delighted with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:
1. Returns
- 7-Day Return Window: You may request a return for your items within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during a Sale are not eligible for return.
- Customized or engraved jewellery is non-returnable.
2. Lifetime Exchange (Diamond Studded Gold Jewellery)
- We offer a Lifetime Exchange policy specifically for our Diamond Studded Gold Jewellery.
- You can exchange these pieces at any time for a new design based on the current market value of the gold and diamonds (minus making charges and taxes).
- The original invoice and authenticity certificate must be presented at the time of exchange.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price during a sale period are not eligible for exchange.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
- Deductions: Shipping charges and a nominal processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product, please alert our team via WhatsApp at +91 9408116909 within 24 hours of delivery. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video for a seamless claims process.
