At Ekaivva, we take pride in crafting high-quality jewellery designed to last a lifetime. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our strict standards. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions when you wish to return or exchange an item.

Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

✔ Returns are accepted only for items that are:

  • Defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Incorrect items sent (e.g., different from your order).

❌ For hygiene and safety reasons, nose rings and nose pins are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
  • Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certification cards, and invoices intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Nose rings, nose pins, and other body jewellery (unless defective).
  • Customised or engraved items.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at ekaivvajewellery@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will guide you through the process.

8. Damaged or Lost Returns

Ekaivva is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service for optimal delivery.
